Abstract:

The object of the study is the National Welfare Fund “Samruk-Kazyna” and its development institutions.The subject of the study is the process of forming a strategy for managing development institutions in the modern economy of Kazakhstan.The purpose of the work was to identify the importance of the activities of the National Welfare Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" in the process of forming a strategy for managing development institutions and in the context of issues of state regulation of the economy.The presence of development institutions has become an important lever for managing the economy in conditions of overcoming the crisis, although the fact of their availability is not decisive in the management of state assets as a whole. Certain strategies are needed that suppose clear, interrelated, systemic criteria for managing activities, as well as their constant monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness.The choice of this research direction is dictated by the lack of scientific coverage of the experience of the functioning of Kazakhstani development institutions in conditions of the market and consequences of global financial and economic crisis.
