Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá Letními mezinárodními hudebními kurzy L. Janáčka a B. Martinů v Turnově. Je představena jejich historie a současnost z pohledu managementu v kultuře. Práce obsahuje vhled do organizace a financování těchto kurzů a festivalu L. Janáčka a B. Martinů, jakožto jejich součásti. Dále následují kapitoly zabývající se jejich hodnocením a návrhy na možný rozvoj.
Abstract:
This work deals with the Summer International Music Courses of L. Janáček and B. Martinů in Turnov. Their history and present is introduced from the perspective of management in culture. The thesis contains an insight into the organization and financing of these courses and the Festival of L. Janáček and B. Martinů.
