Transfusions and pregnancy in the anamnesis of the blood donors

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je popsat výskyt imunizačních podnětů ve sledovaném vzorku populace dárců krve. Konkrétně práce zkoumá výskyt transfuze a těhotenství v anamnéze dárců a dárkyň krve na TTO FN Brno. Při podání transfuze mohou protilátky dárce u příjemce vyvolat nežádoucí potransfuzní reakci. Praktická část bakalářské práce se opírá o studii provedenou na dárcích krve podrobenou statistické analýze. Statistické metody čerpají vstupní data z informací od dárců z vyplněných anonymních dotazníků. Byl sestaven dotazník, který zodpovědělo 1000 respondentů. Dárcům účastnícím se této studie byly položeny 3 otázky zaměřené na imunizační podněty v anamnéze dárců.

Abstract:

The subject of the Bachelor thesis is to describe the incidence of immunization impulses in examined blood sample of donors. The paper scrutinizes the occurrence of transfusions and pregnancy in the anammesis of the donors in the TTO FN Brno. After transfusion, the antibodies of the donor may cause the recipient side post-transfusional reaction. The practical part of Bachelor thesis is based on a study carried out on blood donor, remitted to the statistical analysis. Statistical methods draw enter data from donor´s information from filled-out anonymous questionnaires. The drawn up questionnaire was answered by 1,000 respondents. The donors participating in this study were asked 3 questions focused on immunization impulses in the anamnesis of the donors.
