Práce se zabývá sestavením strategického plánu pomocí strategické válečné hry. Podstata válečných her je ztvárňování rolí tak, abychom se vžili do pozic našich konkurentů, mohli lépe předvídat jejich kroky a pružněji reagovali na změny v okolí. The essence of war games is to form a role that will help us to put ourselves in positions of our competitors and on the basis of that to be able to predict their actions on better level and flexibly respond to changes in the surroundings.
