Bakala?r?ska? pra?ce na te?ma Z?eny bez domova ve vztahu k socia?lni?m sluz?ba?m Arma?dy spa?sy se zaby?va? proble?mem bezdomovectvi?. V teoreticke? c?a?sti pra?ce je vysve?tlen pojem bezdomovectvi?, bezdomovec, typologie bezdomovectvi?, jeji? pr?i?c?iny a du?sledky. Vysve?tluje take? hlavni? genderove? rozdi?ly lidi? bez domova. Zaby?va? se z?enami bez domova a jeji?mi pr?i?c?inami vzniku, terminologii?, a hlavni?mi du?sledky z?en na ulici a azylovy?ch domech. Pra?ce popisuje vy?znam a ci?le socia?lni? sluz?by, jeji? formy poskytova?ni?, poskytovatele a sluz?by socia?lni? pe?c?e. Podrobne?ji vysve?tluje neziskovou organizaci Arma?du spa?sy, jeji? historii, souc?asne? pu?sobeni? a projekty provozovane? v Ostrave?. V prakticke? c?a?sti jsou uvedene? informace zi?skane? v kvalitativni?m vy?zkumu prostr?ednictvi?m polostrukturovany?ch rozhovoru?, ty?kaji?ci? se deseti z?en a jejich pocitu? a na?zoru? ohledne? pomoci na konkre?tni?m azylove?m dome?. Za?ve?rec?na? c?a?st bakala?r?ske? pra?ce popisuje vyhodnoceni? a prezentaci zjis?te?ny?ch poznatku?, a to i s ohledem na moz?ne? zleps?eni? kvality poskytovany?ch sluz?eb.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on topic Homeless women in relation to social services of the Salvation Army is dealing with the problem of homelessness. In the theoretical part there is an explanation of homelessness, homeless person, typology of homelessness, its causes and consequences. There is also main gender difference of homeless people pointed out. It deals with homeless women and the origins, terminology and the main consequences of homelessness of women on the streets and in the hostels. The work describes the importance and the aims of the social service, its forms of provision, providers and social care services. It explains in more details The Salvation Army - the non-profit organisation, its history, current activities and projects in Ostrava. In the practical part there are presented information obtained in the quality research through semi-structured interviews with ten women about their feelings and opinions about help obtained in particular hostel. The final part of the bachelor thesis describes the evaluation and presentation of the findings considering possible improvements of the quality of provided services.
