Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá expanzí, strategií a podnikatelským prostředím v České republice zaměřujícího se na snižování nákladů ve společnostech a projektem nazvaným StartUpService, který ses zabývá pomocí podnikatelům v začátku podnikání. Cílem práce je vytvořit plán expanze do regionu v rámci ČR pro společnost iq FIRMA s.r.o.. Tento plán bude komplexním dokumentem, který daná firma použije pro samotnou expanzi do zvoleného regionu. Všechna použitá data v této diplomové práci pochází právě z této společnosti. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do pěti tematických kapitol. Tyto kapitoly mohou být rozděleny do dvou skupin. První skupin tvoří teoretická část, kde budou popsány všechny teoretické rámce pro další použití. V první kapitole se zabývám s teoretickým základem pro vybrané téma a popisuji co je to strategie a plánování, dále popis podnikatelského prostředí a popisem odvětví ve kterém společnost iq FIRMA působí. V další části teoretického základu se zabývám metodami zkoumání, které budou použity pro tvorbu samotného plánu. Zejména se pak zaměřuji na analýzu konkurenčního prostředí a SWOT analýzu. V praktické části popisuji samotnou společnost a její druhý projekt StartUpService. Na základě těchto popisů pokračuji s analýzou konkurenčního prostředí, SWOT analýzou a geografickou analýzou, která ukazuje rozdíly mezi regiony v České republice. Výsledkem diplomové práce je plán expanze do regionů pro společnost iq FIRMA s.r.o. který popisuje veškeré kroky, které jsou pro takovou expanzi nutné.

Abstract:

Abstract The diploma thesis is dealing with the issue of expansion, strategy and the Czech business environment in the area of business services provision, specifically commissions lowering costs for other companies and the project/service called StartUp Service, which aims is to help people in the beginning of their businesses. The aim of the thesis is to create a feasible expansion plan proposal for particular company iq FIRMA s.r.o. It is a complex document to help this company to expand its business into other regions of the Czech Republic. All the data that are used for elaboration of my diploma thesis are coming from this company. The diploma thesis is divided into five thematic chapters. These chapters can be divided to two groups. First group is theoretical part where all of the necessary information that is used in the diploma thesis is described. In the first chapter I am dealing with the theoretical base for the chosen topic and I am describing what strategy and planning means, what the term of company expansion includes and it continues by the description of business environment and by the description of the branch that the company operates in. Following part of the theoretical part is dealing with methods of research that are used for the creation of the plan in practical part. These methods are two types of analysis first is dealing with analysis of competition and second is dealing with the SWOT analysis. In the practical part I am describing the company itself and its second project called StartUp service. On the basis of this description I am continuing with analysis of competition, SWOT analysis and the geographical analysis that is showing the differences among regions in the Czech Republic. As a result of the diploma thesis I prepared a plan of expansion for the IQ Firma company that is dealing with exact steps needed to process while expanding to new region.
