Diplomová práce se soustřeďuje na problematiku povahy a významu publiciánské žaloby. Přibližuje historický vývoj domnělého vlastnictví a úpravy publiciánské žaloby až do současné právní úpravy obsažené v občanském zákoníku. The thesis focuses on the matters of The Nature and Importance of Actio Publiciana. It approaches historical evolution of the alledged ownership and regulation of Actio Publiciana until current legal regulation which is contained in the Civile Code.
