Self-propelled machines in crop production

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce podává přehled samojízdných strojů používaných v rostlinné výrobě, uvádí agrotechnické požadavky na tyto stroje a zároveň objasňuje jejich princip funkce. Dále se zaměřuje na modulové energetické prostředky, uvádí vyráběné modely vybraných výrobců, jejich technické parametry a využití podle nástaveb. Následně pokračuje hlavním obsahem práce, který se týká rozboru funkčních částí sklízecí řezačky. Poté práce pokračuje zařazením sklízecí řezačky do sklizňových linek rostlinné výroby a na závěr obsahuje výsledky polního měření a výpočty provozních nákladů sklízecí řezačky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis provides an overview of self-propelled machines used in crop production, presents agrotechnical requirements for these machines and simultaneously clarifies their operation. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on modular energetics machines and shows models produced by selected producers along with their technical parameters and their utilization according to extensions. Then I come to the main content of my bachelor thesis concerning the analysis of functional parts of forage harvester. The thesis continues with inclusion of forage harvester within harvesting lines of crop production. Finally, it contains the results of field measurement and the calculations of operational costs of forage harvester.
