Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a odměňováním pracovníků působících v sektoru služeb. Cílem práce je analyzovat motivační faktory a odměňování zaměstnanců pracujících v sektoru služeb, vedoucí k lepší pracovní výkonnosti, spokojenosti a nižší pravděpodobnosti odchodu z práce, který není v zájmu organizací. A to prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a následné analýzy získaných dat. Výsledky ukázaly, že nelze jednoznačně stanovit, zda zaměstnance stimulují spíše vnější či vnitřní faktory motivace, přičemž nejvíce stimulujícími faktory motivace jsou pro pracovníky v sektoru služeb smysluplnost práce a plat. Za nejméně stimulující pak považují příležitost kariérního růstu či prostředí na pracovišti. Prostředí na pracovišti je však faktorem nejvíce podstatným z hlediska jejich spokojenosti. Co se týče zaměstnaneckých benefitů, ty jsou pro pracovníky v terciárním sektoru významné též především z hlediska jejich pracovní spokojenosti, přičemž benefity mající největší vliv na spokojenost, případně motivaci těchto zaměstnanců, jsou 13. a 14. plat, sick days či příspěvky na stravování. Existují však i významné rozdíly v preferencích zaměstnanců v rámci odvětví služeb. Tudíž je vhodné zjišťovat individuální potřeby pracovníků a na základě toho vytvořit efektivní systém motivace. Omezením práce může být odlišný počet respondentů zastupující jednotlivá odvětví. Rozdíl však není natolik velký, aby výsledky nebyly dostatečně věrohodné.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation and remuneration of employees working in the service sector. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the motivational factors and rewards of employees working in the service sector leading to better job performance, job satisfaction and lower likelihood of leaving the job which is not in the interest of organizations. This is done through a questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis of the data collected. The results showed that it could not be clearly determined whether workers are more stimulated by extrinsic or intrinsic motivation factors, with job meaningfulness and salary being the most stimulating motivation factors for service sector workers. The least stimulating factors are the opportunity for career growth or the workplace environment. The workplace environment is then the factor most relevant to their satisfaction. As far as employee benefits are concerned, these are mainly important for workers in the tertiary sector in terms of their job satisfaction, and the benefits that have the greatest impact on the satisfaction or motivation of these employees are 13th and 14th salary, sick days or meal allowances. However, there are also significant differences in employee preferences within the service sector. Thus, it is advisable to find out the individual needs of the employees and to develop an effective motivation system on the basis of this. A limitation may be the different number of respondents representing different sectors. However, the difference is not so large that the results are not sufficiently reliable.
