Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat současnou právní úpravu chovu zvířat v cirkusech. Práce poskytuje přehled a dělení právních pramenů spojených s tímto tématem, stejně tak vymezuje a charakterizuje základní pojmy, které poskytují rámec, ve kterém se práce pohybuje. The aim of this thesis is to analyze current legal regulation of breeding animals in circuses. This thesis provides an overview and division of legal sources related to this topic, as well as defines and describes the basic concepts that provide the framework in which the work moves.
