The use of thematic operational programs in the district of Nymburk

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení využívání tematických operačních programů v okrese Nymburk. V první části bakalářské práce je uveden základní teoretický rámec hospodářské a sociální politiky soudržnosti Evropské unie tj. objasnění pojmů jako je regionální politika a její principy, strukturální fondy a operační programy. Cíle regionální politiky v období 2007 - 2013 jsou tři a počet operačních programů v České republice 26. Dále jsou zde informace o vývoji regionální politiky v Evropské unii tak i v České republice. Druhá část se zabývá charakteristikou okresu Nymburk a jeho ekonomickými ukazateli. Ve třetí části se nalézají data o projektech, které byly podpořeny z tematických operačních programů v okrese Nymburk. Čerpání je dle možností vyhodnoceno a jsou zde uvedeny příklady z jednotlivých operačních programů a informace o nich. Na závěr je porovnána struktura čerpání v okrese Nymburk s celou Českou republikou.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of using of thematic operational programs in the district Nymburk. In the first part of this bachelor thesis is the basic theoretical framework of economical and social cohesion policy of the European union i.e. clarification of concepts such as regional policy and its principles, structural funds and operational programs. The goals of regional policy in the period 2007 - 2013 are three and the number of thematic operational programs in Czech Republic is 26. In addition, there is information about the development of regional policy in the European union and in the Czech Republic. The second part deals with characteristics of the district Nymburk and economic indicators. In the third part is situated data about the projects that were supported by thematic operational programs in the district Nymburk. Drawing is evaluated according to the possibilities and there are examples of individual operational programs and information about them. Finally, it compares the structure drawing in the district Nymburk with the whole Czech republic.
