Bakalářská práce „Sacharidy“ je zaměřena na problematiku sacharidů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje shrnutí základních informací o sacharidech, jejich názvosloví, rozdělení sacharidů, chemické a fyzikální vlastnosti monosacharidů, oligosacharidů a polysacharidů a shrnutí jejich metabolismu, a to formou literární rešerše.
