Preanalytical Phase in the Laboratory Diagnosis of Primary Haemostasis
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaký vliv má preanalytická fáze vyšetření na světelnou agregometrii, impedanční agregometrii, vyšetření na přístroji PFA-100 a vyšetření aktivity VWF. Konkrétně byl zkoumán vliv centrifugace a doby zpracování na výsledek stanovení. Na přístrojích Apact 4004, PFA-100 a Sysmex CA-1500 byl sledován vliv centrifugace. The aim of this work was to determine the influence of preanalytical phase of assays on the light aggregometry, the impedance aggregometry, the PFA-100 assay and the measuring of von Willebrand factor activity.
