Kosmetické přípravky jako ochrana proti slunečnímu záření

Cosmetic Products as Sunscreen Protection
Abstract:
Literární rešerše bakalářské práce popisuje vlivy ultrafialového záření na kůži. Následuje charakteristika chemických a fyzikálních UV filtrů používaných v kosmetických přípravcích. V praktické části byl sledován protekční potenciál kosmetických formulací s TiO2 a Pongamolem proti slunečnímu záření pomocí in vitro metody před a po UV radiaci.
Abstract:
The literary research of this bachelor thesis describes the effects of ultraviolet radiation on the skin. This is followed by the characterization of chemical and physical UV filters used in protective cosmetic products. The practical part studied the protective potential of cosmetic formulation with TiO2 and Pongamol against sunlight with help of in vitro method before and after UV radiation.
