My Master Thesis deals with the problems of citizenship and a definition of basic terms which are related to it. It also describes statutory regulations of conclusion of marriages between fiances with different nationalities according to the Czech law, as well as formal conditions which must be fulfilled to conclude a marriage between a foreigner and a Czech citizen.
