Abstract:

Tato práce obsahuje stručný vhled do problematiky návrhu zemního tělesa a výpočtu bilance zemních prací. V rámci teoreticko-metodologické části poskytuje základní informace o geotechnickém průzkumu, základové půdě a jejích fyzikálních vlastnostech. V této části je také věnován prostor tématům navrhování zemních prací a zakládání staveb. Aplikační část navazuje na Ateliérovou tvorbu projektu výrobní haly, která je dělena na výrobní a administrativní část. Stavební pozemek je umístěn v severních Čechách v blízkosti krajského města Ústí nad Labem v průmyslové zóně Severní Předlice. Budova je navržena se skeletovým nosným systémem a hlubinnými základy. Výsledkem práce v Ateliérech je projektová dokumentace výrobního objektu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. V návaznosti na tento projekt je v aplikační části bakalářské práce proveden návrh zemního tělesa, ke kterému je vypočítána bilance hrubých terénních úprav. Následně jsou pro nevyhovující stav navržena opatření, u kterých je prokázán jejich vliv na řešení problému.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis provides a concise insight into the issues of designing an earth structure and calculating the balance of earthworks. In the theoretical-methodological part, it offers basic information about geotechnical surveys, foundation soil, and its physical properties. This section also allocates space to the topics of designing earthworks and foundation of buildings. The application part follows up on the studio creation of a production hall project, which is divided into production and administrative sections. The construction site is located in northern Bohemia, near the regional city of Ústí nad Labem, in the industrial zone of Severní Předlice. The building is designed with a skeletal support system and deep foundations. The result of the work in the studios is the project documentation of the production facility at the stage required for building permission. Following this project, the design of the earth structure is carried out in the application part of the bachelor's thesis, for which the balance of major terrain modifications is calculated. Subsequently, measures are proposed for the unsatisfactory condition, and their impact on solving the problem is demonstrated.
