Magisterská diplomová práca sa venuje téme kariérového rozhodovania. Jej cieľom je zistiť, aký je priebeh kariérového rozhodovania z pohľadu mladých dospelých, zahŕňajúc priebeh kariérových rozhodnutí týkajúcich sa formálneho vzdelávania a uplatnenia na trhu práce.
