Methods of inventory management in company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami řízení zásob v obchodním podniku XY, s.r.o. v Prostějově. Teoretická část je zaměřena na dělení zásob, řízení zásob a dále na popis jed-notlivých metod, kterými lze řídit zásoby. Obsahem praktické části je představení podniku a seznámení s jeho systémem řízení zásob. Po nalezení problematických oblastí je navrženo jejich řešení.
Abstract:
This thesis is engaged in the methods of inventory management in the trading company XY, s.r.o. in Prostějov. The theoretical part is focused on the dividing inventories, invento-ry kontrol and then on description particular methods, which is possible manage inventory.
