Tato diplomová práce se věnuje ochranné funkci pracovního práva, představuje její vývoj, podstatu a promítnutí v současné právní úpravě. Cílem je potvrdit či vyvrátit tvrzení, že dnešní ochrana poskytovaná zaměstnanci je dostatečná a poukázat kde jsou její slabiny. Na základě toho mohou být doporučeny vhodné změny a směr do budoucna. This diploma thesis focuses on the protective function of labor law. It analyses specific aspects of protection of employees in form of minimal standards of labor conditions, stability of employment and providing suitable social conditions of an employee.
