Abstract:
Neuroblastom je heterogenní nádor, vyšetřením více markerů se značně zvýší možnost záchytu onemocnění. Detekci vyšetřovaných markerů lze využít k diagnostice, ke sledování průběhu onemocnění, k vyšetření štěpu před autologní transplantací a ke sledování minimální reziduální choroby (MRD).
