Purpose Categorization of Land
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá jedním z témat pozemkového práva, účelovou kategorizací pozemků, druhy pozemků a způsoby využití dle přílohy vyhlášky katastrálního zákona, dále popisuje mechanismy změn druhu pozemků. Zabývá se vývojem tradice kategorizace půdy. Charakterizuje změny dle jednotlivých právních režimů při změně druhu pozemku.

The Bachelors’ work deals with one of the areas of the law of real property, specific categorization of lands, kinds of lands and ways of the use according to the appendix of the regulation of cadastral law; it also describes mechanisms of the changes of land type.
