Abstract:
Thermoelectric materials are investigated due to their ability to convert a heat energy to electricity. The aim of this thesis is contribute to the discussion about thermoelectric materials. Nine polycrystalline samples of different concentration of Ni in a composition Cu1xNixInTe2, where x = 0 to 0,07, were prepared.
