Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá všeobecnou charakteristikou družstiev, v prvej kapitole je opísaný ich historický vývoj, druhá kapitola je zameraná na právne postavenie družstiev, v ďalšej časti sa venuje členstvu a orgánom družstva. V piatej kapitole rozoberá zánik a zrušenie družstva. V poslednej kapitole sa venuje vzniku a členstvu v eurodružstve. V prílohe je uvedená praktická aplikácia družstva vo …more
