Tématem diplomová práce je postavení soudního exekutora v systému soudní moci. Práce se zabývá postavením soudního exekutora v systému soudní moci v České republice. The theme of this thesis is the position of a bailiff in the judicial system. The thesis deals with the position of a bailiff in the judicial system in the Czech Republic.
