Důsledkem poškození mechanismů programované buněčné smrti v nádorových buňkách je rezistence k cytostatikům či metastázování. Naši pozornost jsme soustředili na geny regulující apoptózu a autofágii TP53, BAX a Bcl-2. Abstract:
The result of damage mechanisms of cell death in tumor cells is resistance to cytostatics and metastasis. We focused our attention on genes regulating apoptosis and autophagy TP53, BAX and Bcl-2.
