Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje stroje, jež jsou určeny pro zpracování dřevního odpadu, poté k vytápění nebo například k činnostem na zahrádkách. Se zadaným špalíkovačem je v plánu snížit náklady na vytápění především díky momentálním přebytkům větví a dalších materiálů z důvodu častého výskytu kůrovce, jenž způsobuje nutnost kácet celé lesy. Hlavním cílem práce je zvýšení bezpečnosti jak při práci, tak i přesunech a v průběhu seznamování se se strojem je provedena jeho údržba. Vzhledem ke konstrukci stroje a výkonu malotraktoru je tato kombinace nevhodná pro každodenní použití především kvůli ne až příliš velké efektivitě zapříčiněnou nutností častého vyprazdňování přistavené nádoby na zpracovaný materiál. Tato práce popisuje volbu a zhotovení bezpečnostních opatření, která se ukázala jako plně funkční a také přínosná.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis describes machines that are intended for the processing of wood waste, then for heating or, for example, for garden activities. With the specified log cutter, the plan is to reduce heating costs mainly due to the current surplus of branches and other materials due to the frequent occurrence of bark beetles, which causes the need to cut down entire forests. The main goal of the work is to increase safety both during work and when moving, and during the familiarization with the machine, its maintenance is carried out. Due to the design of the machine and the performance of the small tractor, this combination is unsuitable for everyday use, mainly due to the not very high efficiency caused by the necessity of frequent emptying of the attached container for the processed material. This thesis describes the selection and implementation of security measures, which proved to be fully functional and also beneficial.
