The goal of this bachelor thesis was to develop a system, which would enable researchers from Department of Plant Developmental Genetics of the Institute of Biophysics of the Czech Academy of Sciences to automatically run analysis software, mainly tool TE-nester, to enable saving of analysis results and sharing them. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo vyvinúť systém, ktorý umožní výskumným pracovníkom Oddělení vývojové genetiky rostlin Biofyzikálního ústavu Akademie věd České republiky automatizované spúšťanie analyzačných programov, primárne programu TE-nester, ukladanie výsledkov analýz a ich zdieľanie.
