Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl popsat firemní kulturu, zaměřit se na specifické rysy české a vietnamské firemní kultury a prozkoumat ji ve vybraných podnicích v oblasti pohostinství. V průzkumu jsou podniky zaměstnávající Čechy i Vietnamce. V teoretické části se zaměřím na definici pojmu „firemní kultura“, její prvky a popis. Budu rozlišovat kulturu v českém a ve vietnamském prostředí. V praktické části se zaměřím na charakteristiku firem, v nichž budu provádět průzkum. Zahrnu stručnou historii a činnost podniků. Dále uvedu hlavní výsledky z dotazníkového šetření a nejdůležitější poznatky ohledně specifických rysů české a vietnamské firemní kultury. Odpovím také na výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aims to describe corporate culture, focus on specific features of Czech and Vietnamese corporate culture and explore it in selected businesses industry. The survey includes companies employing both Czechs and Vietnamese. In the theoretical part I will focus on the definition of the term "corporate culture", its elements and description. I will define culture in Czech and Vietnamese environment. In the practical part I will focus on the characteristics of the companies in which I will carry out the survey. I will include a brief history and activities of the enterprises. Furthermore, I will present the main results of the questionnaire survey and the most important findings concerning the specific features of Czech and Vietnamese corporate culture. I will also answer the research questions.
