Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma Strategický management ve vybraném podniku. První část je zaměřena na teoretickou problematiku tohoto tématu. Druhá část se zabývá vybraným podnikem, na němž budou následně metody aplikovány. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení strategického managementu. Diplomová práce bude zahrnovat návrhy na zlepšení vybraného podniku.

This diploma thesis is focused on the topic of Strategic management of a selected organization. The first part is focused to the theoretical issues of this topic. The second part deals with the introduction of the selected organization, on witch will be the methods subsequently applied.
