Intangible cultural heritage and use for tourism

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje Nehmotnému dědictví UNESCO a jeho využití v cestovním ruchu. Cílem práce je analyzovat, zda cestovní kanceláře a agentury využívají nehmotné dědictví UNESCO do svých zájezdových balíčků. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis cestovního ruchu, jeho systém a typologii. Dále se zabývá cestovními kancelářemi a agenturami. Popisuje destinační management a památky UNESCO, které jsou rozdělené na hmotný a nehmotný charakter. Práce se podrobněji zaměřuje na nehmotné památky. Analytická část se zabývá problematikou zařazování nehmotného dědictví UNESCO do zájezdových balíčků a povědomí o těchto památkách. Výzkum je proveden na bázi kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. V práci je použité dotazníkové šetření, které se zaměřuje na povědomí památek a zda respondenti tyto památky využívají. Kvalitativní část je formou řízených rozhovorů s cestovními kancelářemi a destinacemi, kde se nehmotné památky UNESCO nachází. Konkrétně se jedná o cestovní kancelář Kamibus a Atis. Zde jsou poskytnuty informace, zda tyto cestovní kanceláře zpracovávají tyto památky do zájezdových balíčků. Dále se analytická část zaměřuje na Muzeum loutkářských kultur v Chrudimi a Modrotiskovou dílnu Danzinger, kde taktéž zkoumá využití těchto památek pomocí cestovních kanceláří či cestovních agentur. Návrhová část se věnuje návrhům na základě získaných informací z analytické části.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is devoted to the Intangible Heritage of UNESCO and its use in tourism. The aim of the work is to analyse whether tour operators and agencies use intangible UNESCO sites in their packages. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical section focuses on the description of tourism, its system and typology. It also deals with travel agencies, destination management and UNESCO sites. Here it focuses on intangible monuments, which are described in detail here. The analytical section deals with the issue of the inclusion of intangible UNESCO heritages in tour packages and awareness of these monuments. The research is carries out on the basis of qualitative and quantitative research. A questionnaire survey is used in the work, which focuses on the awareness of monuments and whether respondents use them. The quantitative part is a form of guided interviews with tour opera-tors and destinations where intangible UNESCO sites are located. Specifically, the travel agency Kamibus and Atis. Informations are provided on whether these tour operators pro-cess these sights into packages. The Analytical section also focuses on the Museum of Puppet Cultures in Chrudim and the Danzinger Blueprint, where it also explores the use of these monuments by travel agencies. The proposal section deals with proposals based on the analytical part.
