Diplomová práca sa zaoberá tematikou kávy. Teoretická časť približuje technologický postup produkcie kávy a predstavuje významné obsahové zložky pôsobiace na zdravie človeka. V nadväznosti na to práca predkladá prehľad vedeckých informácií o účinkoch kávy na organizmus.
