Abstract:
Na problematiku likvidace podniku lze pohlížet z mnoha různých pohledů. Práce se zabývá nejen popisem průběhu likvidace, postavením likvidátora a legislativou, ale hlavně řešením problémů při ukončení likvidačního procesu v teorii a v praxi. Dále se zabývá analýzou současné situace a jejím vyhodnocením.
Abstract:
On the issue of company liquidation can be viewed from many different perspectives. Thesis does not deal only with the description of the liquidation process, the status of the liquidator and the legislation, but mainly describes the problems at the end of the liquidation process in theory and in practice. It also deals with current situation analysis and its evalution.
