Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá stravitelností organické hmoty a sušiny vybraných siláží. V literárním přehledu jsou popsány vnější a vnitřní faktory, které výslednou stravitelnost siláží ovlivňují. Dále je popsán vliv silážních aditiv na kvalitativní ukazatele siláží a také jsou charakterizovány základní metody zjišťování stravitelnosti organické hmoty a sušiny. V praktické části byla in vitro pepsin-celulázovou metodou stanovována stravitelnost organické hmoty a sušiny vybraných siláží. V modelovém pokusu s vojtěškovou siláží byl zkoumán vliv silážních aditiv (benzoan sodný a mikrobiální inokulant ve složení Enterococcus faecium, Lactococcus lactis a Lactobacillus plantarum). Nejnižší stravitelnost organické hmoty byla naměřena u kontrolního vzorku siláže. Přidaná silážní aditiva měla statisticky průkazný vliv (P ≤ 0,01) na stravitelnost organické hmoty. V pokusu s provozními silážemi – kukuřičná, vojtěšková a travní, byl zkoumán vliv druhu pícniny a rozdílného obsahu sušiny v původní hmotě. Nejnižších hodnot stravitelnosti dosahovala siláž travní. Druh silážované pícniny měl statisticky průkazný vliv (P ≤ 0,05) na stravitelnost organické hmoty. Obsah sušiny měl na výslednou stravitelnost významný vliv. Nejlepších hodnot stravitelnosti dosahovaly siláže, kdy obsah sušiny původní hmoty byl v rozmezí, které je obecně doporučováno pro správné silážování dané pícniny.

Abstract:

The thesis presented deals with digestibility of organic matter and dry matter of selected silages. The literary review describes external and internal factors that influence the resulting digestibility of silage. Furthermore, the influence of silage additives on qualitative indicators of silage is described and basic methods of detecting digestibility of organic matter and dry matter are also characterized. In the practical part, the digestibility of organic matter and the dry matter of selected silages were determined by the pepsin-cellulase method in vitro. In a model experiment with alfalfa silage, the influence of silage additives (sodium benzoate and microbial inoculant composed of Enterococcus faecium, Lactococcus lactis and Lactobacillus plantarum) was investigated. The lowest digestibility of organic matter was measured in a control sample of silage. The added silage additives had a statistically conclusive effect (P ≤ 0.01) on the digestibility of organic matter. In an experiment with operational silage - corn, alfalfa and grass, the influence of the type of forage and the different dry matter content of the original mass were investigated. Grass silage was the lowest digestibility level. The type of silage forage had a statistically conclusive effect (P ≤ 0.05) on the digestibility of organic matter. The dry matter content had a significant effect on the resulting digestibility. The best digestibility values were achieved by silage, when the dry matter of the original mass was within the range gener-ally recommended for correct silage of the forage in question.
