Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji právní úpravě nekalé soutěže v České republice dle nového občanského zákoníku jako ochranného prostředku proti nekalé soutěži v podnikaní. In my thesis I deal with legislation of unfair competition in the Czech Republic under the new Civil Code as a means of protection against unfair competition in business.
