Abstract:
Cílem práce je na základě konkrétní tréninkové jednotky a zásobníku cviků vypracovat metodický materiál k posilování ve fitness pro dospělé osoby s dětskou mozkovou obrnou.
Abstract:
The target of this thesis is to set up a methodical material for the strenghtening in fitness centres for adult people with cerebral palsy on the basis of a concrete training unit and a supply of exercises.
