Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na genderovou diverzitu v managementu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit provázanost pohlaví a stylu vedení dle manažerské mřížky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány hlavní témata práce jako je gender, genderová diverzita nebo manažerské styly vedení. This bachelor thesis focuses on gender diversity in management. The aim of the thesis is to assess the interrelationship between gender and leadership style according to the managerial grid.
