Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo vytvořit příručku pro lektory, jež realizují vzdělávání učitelů prostřednictvím webinářů. Využila jsem přístup označovaný jako evidence-informed design, návrh založený na důkazech. Prošla jsem výzkumy k tématu webinářů i k tématu vzdělávání učitelů a formulovala klíčový problém. Problémem se jevil nedostatek znalostí a dovedností v obou zmiňovaných oblastech. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to create a handbook for trainers who implement teacher education through webinars. I used an approach referred to as evidence-informed design. I reviewed research on the topic of webinars as well as the topic of teacher education and formulated a key problem. The problem appeared to be a lack of knowledge and skills in both of these areas.
