Cílém této práce je identifikovat problémy projektového řízení v IT firmě a navrhnout pro ně řešení. K dosažení těchto cílů je v práci zmíněn přehled aktuálních standardů a metodologií projektového řízení (PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2) společně s metodologiemi pro vývoj softwaru (RUP, UP, Scrum). The goal of this thesis is to identify the problems of IT company within the context of project management and to design the solution.
