Comparision of the Real Property Insurance by Selected Insurance Companies in CR

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast neživotního pojištění, konkrétně na oblast pojištění nemovitostí občanů. Nejdříve seznamuje čtenáře s uvedenou problematikou z pohledu teoretického. Zde je vysvětleno, na které nemovitosti se uvedené pojištění vztahuje, následně je provedena charakteristika současné právní úpravy v pojištění a za další jsou zanalyzována obvyklá pojistná nebezpečí, se kterými je možné v majetkovém pojištění se setkat. Také jsou vysvětleny teoretické principy, ze kterých se při pojištění takového majetku vychází, jako je stanovení pojistné hodnoty, částky, rozsahu krytí pojistných nebezpečí vč. ostatních připojištění a doplňkových pojištění. Praktická část zobrazuje realitu v pojištění nemovitosti. Nejprve se zabývá pojistným trhem v České republice. Následně je na základě dotazníkového šetření zjištěn obecný přístup lidí k pojištění nemovitosti. Další díl praktické části je zaměřen na tři nejvýznamnější pojistitelé na českém pojistném trhu dle podílu v neživotním pojištění. Těmito pojistiteli jsou Česká pojišťovna, a.s., Kooperativa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group a Allianz, a.s. U každého pojistitele je provedena jeho stručná charakteristika a seznamuje čtenáře s produkty a úrovně pojistné ochrany k pojištění nemovitosti jako je rodinný dům. Pro tento předmět pojištění je demonstrován modelový přiklad, na základě jehož skutečných parametrů je objasněn přístup pojistitelů ke stanovení pojistné hodnoty, následně vybrána adekvátní pojistná ochrana , dále je zpracována situace komplexní pojistné ochrany pro tuto nemovitost a je pojednáno o možnosti uzavřít pojistnou smlouvu on-line.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the area of non-life insurance, specifically in the area of real estate insurance of citizens. First acquaints the reader with the issue from the perspective of theoretical. Here it is explained that the insurance covers the property, then it is made characteristic of the current legislation in the insurance and other zanalyzována are the usual claims of danger, which is possible in the property insurance to meet. It also explains the theoretical principles, from which the insurance of such assets is based, such as the determination of insurance value, the amount of the insurance coverage, the extent of danger Inc. other insurance and supplementary insurance. The practical part shows the reality in real estate insurance. The first deals with the insurance market in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, on the basis of the questionnaire investigation found the general approach to property insurance. The next part of the practical part is focused on the three most important insurers on the Czech insurance market, according to market share in non-life insurance. These insurers are Česká pojišťovna, a.s., Kooperativa, a.s. Vienna Insurance Group and Allianz, a.s. for each insurer is made his brief characteristics and acquaints the reader with the products and the level of insurance protection to property insurance as is a family house. Insurance for this item is demonstrated a model for example, on the basis of the actual parameters is illustrated by the insurers to determine the access of the insured value, then the selected insurance coverage is adequate, and is handled by the situation of comprehensive insurance protection for this property, and it is discussed about the possibility to conclude the insurance contract online.
