Předkládaná diplomová práce má za cíl zmapovat výrobní proces v podniku, identifikovat slabá místa, a s ohledem na možnosti podniku navrhnout a finančně zhodnotit dopady konkrétních opatření k jejich odstranění. The goal of the presented master thesis is to map the manufacturing process in an enterprise, to identify bottlenecks, and, considering the capabilities of the given enterprise, to propose and financially evaluate the impact of measures specified for its elimination.
