The Project Extension Services of Gynekology-obstetrics Department at Selected Hospital

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření projektu Rozšíření služeb gynekologicko-porodnického oddělení ve vybrané nemocnici. Vytvoření projektu předchází zpracování literární rešerše, která se zaměřuje na marketing služeb a marketing ve zdravotnictví. Dále jsou vypracovány marketingové analýzy, jež zkoumají podmínky pro rozšíření služeb zvoleného oddělení. Tyto analýzy doplňuje dotazníkové šetření, které zjišťuje spokojenost klientek se službami porodního sálu a porodního oddělení ve vybrané nemocnici, a také o rozšíření jakých služeb mají ženy zájem. Poznatky z teoretické a analytické části diplomové práce jsou použity k vytvoření projektové části. Cílem projektu je zavedení nových služeb, se kterými budou klientky porodního sálu a porodního oddělení spokojené, a nemocnici zajistí zvýšení porodnosti.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of the extension of the services of gynaecology-obstetrics department in a selected hospital. The creation of the project is preceded by the processing of literary research, which focuses on marketing of services and marketing in healthcare. In addition, marketing analyses are developed to examine the conditions for expanding the services of the selected department. These analyses are complemented by a questionnaire survey, which examines the satisfaction of clients with the services of the nursery and maternity ward in the selected hospital, as well as the extension of what services women are interested in. The findings from the theoretical and analytical part of the diploma thesis are used to create the project part. The aim of the project is to introduce new services, with which the clients of the nursery and maternity ward will be satisfied, and to increase the birth rate of the hospital.
