Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat současnou situaci a navrhnout systém strategického řízení Balanced Scorecard pro nefinanční společnost Pody print s.r.o., která se zabývá prodejem, servisem a poradenstvím v oblasti dodávek tiskových řešení. Teoreticko-metodologická část práce představuje jednotlivé základní pojmy, nástroje a metody následně uplatněné v praktické části práce. Začátek praktické části je věnován stručnému představení společnosti a popsání současné strategie analyzovaného podniku. Následně je provedena strategická analýza, sloužící jako výchozí zdroj pro navržení strategického systému řízení Balanced Scorecard. Z uvažované budoucí strategie jsou poté odvozeny strategické cíle, jež jsou zachyceny do mapy strategie, obsahující jejich kauzální návaznosti. Závěr práce sumarizuje a interpretuje dosažené výsledky, hodnotí dosažení zvoleného cíle a formuluje následná doporučení pro analyzovanou společnost.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to analyze the current situation and to propose a Balanced Scorecard strategic management system for a non-financial company Pody print s.r.o., which deals with sales, service and consulting in the field of printing solutions. The theoretical and methodological part of the thesis presents the basic concepts, tools and methods that are subsequently applied in the practical part of the thesis. The beginning of the practical part is devoted to a brief introduction, history, and description of the current strategy of the analyzed company. Subsequently, strategic analysis is performed, serving as a starting source for the design of the Balanced Scorecard strategic management system. Then the strategic objectives are derived from the considered future strategy and captured in a strategy map containing their causal links. The conclusion of the paper summarizes and interprets the obtained results. Furthermore evaluates the achievement of the chosen goal and formulates subsequent recommendations for the analyzed company.
