Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit, zda hra Pokémon Go změnila běžnou úroveň pohybové aktivity hráčů ve věku 11–15 let, a určit, zda výzkumný soubor splňuje doporučené normy k provádění pohybové aktivity. Základem práce jsou data získaná akcelerometry Actigraph ve dvou měřících obdobích. Srovnání a interpretace výsledků jsou součástí praktické části práce. Abstract:
The objective of this bachelor´s thesis is to discover how the mobile application Pokémon Go changed the level of regular physical activity of users aged 11 to 15 and decide whether or not they met the recommended amounts of physical activity.
