Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá podaním základného prehľadu o právnej ochrane, spôsoboch ochrany softvéru a licenciách s ním spojených. Úvod práce spracúva teoretické oblasti právnej úpravy softvéru, ako aj jeho históriu a proces vývoja.
