Suprathreshold Olfactory Comparison Tests
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na porovnání tří nadprahových testů subjektivní olfaktometrie. Popisuje anatomii nosní dutiny, fyziologii a patofyziologii čichu, rozdělení poruch čichu a způsoby vyšetřování nosní dutiny a čichu. Dokládá, že všechny testy OMT, Sni?n´Sticks i UPSIT korelují a dokáží odlišit zdravé od nemocných.
Abstract:
The work is focused on a comparison of three suprathreshold olfactory tests. It describes the anatomy of the nasal cavity, physiology and pathophysiology of smell, classi?cation of smell disorders and methods of nasal cavity and smell investigation. It demonstrates that all OMT, Sni?n´Sticks and UPSIT tests are in mutual correlation and that these methods can distinguish healthy people from sick people …more
