Abstract:
Bakalářská práce s názvem „Motivace dárců kostní dřeně“ si klade za cíl nalezení motivačních faktorů, které vedou k darování kostní dřeně. Dále potom stanovení obecné charakteristiky těchto dárců. V teoretické části práce jsou komplexním způsobem zpracovány dostupné teoretické poznatky týkající se dané problematiky. Bachelor thesis titled "Motivation of bone marrow donors" focuses on search for motivational factors that lead to bone marrow donation. It also establishes the general charakteristic of the donors.
