The old age pension scheme reformation in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Předložená práce je zaměřena na rozbor navrhovaných koncepcí penzijní reformy politických stran ČR, Poradního expertního sboru a Světové banky. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické aspekty sociální politiky a začlenění penzijního systému do systému veřejných financí. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu minulého vývoje, současného fungování a správy penzijního systému ČR a důvody neudržitelnosti systému do budoucna (nutnost reformy). V poslední části jsou analyzovány předkládané návrhy hlavních politických stran, výsledky některých zahraničních reforem a popsaná dle autorky vhodná reforma penzijního systému.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the suggested conceptions of the old age pension reform scheme by political parties of Czech Republic, Expert Advisory Board and World Bank. The first part of the thesis is focused on description of theoretical aspects of the social policy and incorporation of the old age pension scheme in the public finance system. Second part contains analysis of the past development, the present system and administration and reasons of unsustainability of the system (necessity of the reform). In the last part there are analyzed the submitted suggestions of main political parties, results of some foreign reforms and there is described an applicable reform of the old age pension scheme in CR.
