Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem IT podpory výhradního pojišťovacího agenta. Cílem práce je identifikace obchodních procesů výhradního pojišťovacího agenta a analýza jejich podpory informačními technologiemi. The bachelor thesis deals with IT support of an exclusive insurance agent. The aim of the work is to identificate a business processes of an exclusive insurance agent and its infor-mation technology support.
