Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na komparaci plavecké výkonnosti studentů Univerzity J. E. Purkyně v období mezi lety 2013-2023, přičemž se soustřeďuje na výkony studentů při plnění zápočtových požadavků v kurzu Plavání I. Srovnává výkony mužů a žen na plavecké trati 100 m, a to způsoby kraul a prsa. V teoretické části se práce věnuje charakteristice, vlivu a specifikům plavání, dále jsou zde popsány specifika výše zmíněných plaveckých způsobů, specifika plaveckého výkonu či shrnutí obdobných šetření zabývajících se komparací plavecké výkonnosti. V praktické části jsou stanoveny cíle, úkoly a hypotézy práce. Dále práce popisuje výzkumný soubor a jeho členění do kategorií a skupin. Výsledky jsou rozděleny do čtyř kategorií dle pohlaví a plaveckého způsobu, přičemž jsou vyhodnocovány pomocí Anova testu středních hodnot či Kruskal-Wallisova testu v závislosti na normalitě dat. Na závěr jsou vyhodnoceny hypotézy a výsledná data jsou porovnána s autory, kteří se rovněž zabývali podobným tématem.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with comparison of swimming performances of students from the University of J. E. Purkyně in period between years 2013 - 2023, while it focuses on performance of students during the course Swimming I. It compares performance of men and women in terms of 100 metres long swimming track, using crawlstroke and breaststroke techniques. In theoretical part, the thesis deals with characteristics, influence and specifics of swimming. Furthermore, it focuses on specific characterisation of earlier mentioned swimming techniques, specifics of swimming performance or summary of similar problematics focused on comparison of swimming performance. The practical part sets objectives, assignments and hypothesis of the work. It also describes an investigative file and its division into categories and groups. Results will be divided into four categories, by gender and swimming technique, while they will be also evaluated through ANOVA test or Kruskal-Wallis test, depending on normality of data. In conclusion, there will be evaluation of hypotheses, while resulting data will be compared to authors, who also discussed similar topic.
