Bakalářská práce je věnována srovnání a analýze veřejných textů, vyskytujících se v rusky-mluvícím prostředí a česky-mluvicím prostředí. Zaměřuje se na tradiční způsoby zveřejnění informací a konkrétně na předepsaná pravidla úpravy veřejných dokumentů a na obecně přijaté lexikální normy v příslušném jazyce.
